15 June - Presentation to SBM Director + Outing with Hwe Ling!
At 10am sharp, we were supposed to present to the sbm director regarding our learning experiences and all during our stay in Paris!
well, due to my expert foresight skills, i could've guessed that he would be 'fashionably late'
so i decided to play along with him, but i still arrived earlier than him...
heck, i'm much better! he din even show up in the end!

the presentation went fairly well.. although there were constant 'inputs' by the deputy director throughout our presentation
after we ended at 12, it was time to meet up with my beloved foodie, hweling for shopping!
however, being such food lovers that we are, FOOD first before shopping!
We tried this new HK Desert Cafe at Far East Plaza...
the deserts were quite yummilicious...
enough to make us smile =)

after that was walking talking and shopping simultaneously...
it was great catching up with hweling after so long...
we just could keep it real, ya noe? and us people-watching and gossiping is soooo fun!! hahahahaha... remember the street fighter jap girl?

while we were shopping, i suddenly rmbred my desire to try EAR-CANDLING!!
it seemed so fun.. lie there and relax while your ear shit gets sucked out!
so after checking the rates at numerous shops at FEP, we decided on Sight!
I did the ear-candling first...
it was rather relaxing, like it was supposed to be..
only abit of weird feeling when she was twirling the straw-like tube into my ear..

HWELING'S TURN
after all the massaging, my stomach was growling as my lunch consisted only of the dessert..
In our quest to look for interesting and fun food, we realised that far east was having a food fair! and all the stalls were those pasar-malam type..
had ramly burger,portugese egg tarts, sausage prata, sharksfin soup, dragon's beard, durian puff etc etc etc...
again, being the foodies that we are, we both could find something we wanted to try from EACH STALL!! hahaha..
however, you know, the mind must be stronger that the stomach..
so i settled on sausage prata and hweling on her ramly burger..
yum yum!
for dessert, the durian puff stall was just calling out to us!
so we shared a box of 4 DURIAN MOCHI!!
damn shiok lah...
the skin is soft and the durian......... ooooooooooooooooooo...
you have to go try it!!
ok, thats all about my adventures on the 15th June..
time to go to bed now. have work tmrw!!
